人生正是由許許多多個那一次組成，生活才變得豐富多彩，人生才變得輝煌燦爛。但是，有時又有誰能真正領悟到那一次次的付出呢？
依稀看見，有一個瘦小的身影正在操場上大口大口的喘著粗氣，汗珠一滴滴的滑落到鞋尖。可是誰也沒有在意，因為他知道身上背的是什麼，肩上扛的是什麼，所以他仍然在跑著，跑著……
那瘦小身影正是才上小學三年級的我。幾年前，我被學校選為參加學生運動會長跑運動員。那一刻，我高興得蹦了起來，可我根本不知道什麼才是真正的「台上一分鍾，台下十年功」。訓練剛剛開始，我覺得蠻好玩的。可訓練過程哪有我想得那麼簡單、好玩，直到後來，我才漸漸懂嘗到了訓練的苦頭。
清晨，太陽才泛起一點兒紅暈。操場上的哨響便劃破了校園的寧靜。黑石子鋪成的跑道上，一夥兒個頭參差不齊的同學開始跑步了，其中就有我。幾圈跑下來，訓練卻並沒有結束，而是開始了更嚴酷的訓練：腿上纏著好幾斤重的沙袋，身上背著碩大的書包，裡面裝著好幾塊大磚頭，我們好似一個個全副武裝的戰士，正准備征戰沙場。緊接著又是「背人訓練」，一個人背著另一個人做起升，手還得抓著杠子……幾天下來，原本細嫩的小手布滿了血泡和老繭。
就這樣，幾個月後，我們上場了……
場上的運動員們躍躍欲試，場下的同學們熱情高漲。我的心像小兔子一樣亂蹦達，連一口唾沫都不敢咽。一聲槍響，小選手們撒腿往前沖，我使盡全身力氣，感覺飛了起來，我超了一個，又超了一個，感覺與終點還有一步之遙時，我還是落下了，其他班級的隊員超過了我。唉！「強中自有強中手」。
事後，我淚如泉涌，哭得萬分傷心。

The waste water poured by factories, causes deaths of fish. but the managers likely haven't seen this, what they are thinking is all about the profit.
