Soon, spring came. We went to the tree again and made another measurement of my height. From the measurement, it was weird that I did not grow taller but I had become shorter. I worried and asked help from my grandfather. Grandfather smiled and told me that it was the tree which had grown taller. 看圖作文就是要求根據圖畫(或表格)的內容展開合理的想像,寫出文章的一種專寫作方式.看圖作屬文應做到以下幾點：

(1)認真讀圖,弄清大意：讀圖時要充分理解圖畫所表達的內容,弄清圖中的人物在干什麼,弄清圖畫背景與人物之間的聯系,弄清事情發生的經過.

(2) 理出要點,擬定提綱：讀圖之後,要根據圖畫表達的主要內容,理出表達的要點.列出要點時要注意分清主次,不能看到圖中有什麼就認為什麼要寫.看圖作文時描述圖畫內容是不可取的,應充分展開想像使圖畫活起來.理出要點之後,就可以根據要點擬定提綱,即把整個圖畫中要表達的內容先用一句話寫下來.

(3) 緊扣要點,擴寫成文.在列出要點後,依據已經寫出來的話語擴寫成一篇短文.擴寫時,可運用想像適度發揮,緊扣圖畫的內容,進行適當敘述,連貫通順即可.

(4) 通讀短文,修正錯誤.寫好文章之後應通讀全文進行檢查.在檢查時,應著重看短文是否扣住圖畫的內容,要點是否有遺漏.同時,還要注意有無語法錯誤,如時態、人稱等,是否符合文體特點、格式等等.
