不經意打開抽屜，我又看到了那截折斷的尺子，不禁又想起了幾年前的那件事……
那是小學6年級的一次數學期中考試，考試前一天，老師囑咐我們：「同學們，這次考試有畫圖題，大家一定要帶好鉛筆尺子。」當天晚上，我復習到很晚，沒有收拾考試要帶的東西。第二天早上，我睜眼一看，啊？都7點30了！糟了，考試要遲到了！我匆忙穿好衣服，把攤在桌上的鉛筆，橡皮等等一股腦地往書包里一賽，就飛奔向了學校。
