首先，說一下英語的分數，如果你考普通碩士，是要考英語一分內值是這樣安排的容，第一題：完形填空，10分/20空；第二題：閱讀，40分/20空；第三題：新題型，10分/5空；第四題：翻譯，10分/5句話；第五題：作文（小作文10分+大作文20分）一共一百分！
如果你考專業碩士，是要考英語二！翻譯分數將變成15分，五句話，大作文是15分，其他不變！

一般來說，我們在試卷的左上角表明對方職位和姓名：即Dear Professor Smith。注意：在這里英文書寫一般用逗號不用冒號，切記!

基本句式： I am+身份+who+表示相關
身份可選： student， undergraate， graate， resident， citizen， customer
表示相關： who majors in…; who is in charge of…; who takes an interest in…;who is concerned about…; who has bought…
補充：(2)如涉及到比賽、活動等時：增加“簡介”
基本句式： It will be held in+地點+on+時間
地點可選： in the hall， in the gym， in the playground， in the library.....
時間可選： on May 20， on Sunday.....
【應用】結合題目要求來看，教授是認識我們的，故第一段我們可以寫為：

(這句話我們可以在建立類中直接套用，劃線動詞可以替換)。The debate will be held on May 20th in the student centre Room 203. (最後要交代時間和地點，初步完成寫作任務之arrangement)
【模板】第二段：針對書信類型，分角度選擇模板，角度可選擇：原因+作用(適用於推薦信、申請信、感謝信、祝賀信)。

Firstly, there are public concerns in city traffic jams, which will be of great value for us to discuss (結尾處動詞可以結合話題稍微靈活處理).
