方法篇
(一)8—9月。
1、分析閱讀中的長難句，閱讀試題解析中的推薦範文作文，積累寫作詞彙。
因為精力有限，政治也才剛進入復習，這個時候還要背作文一是太容易疲憊了，二來到後面還是會忘的，真的，你會忘的。所以，建議這個階段可以試著去多看一些範文，對範文中的表達進行分析研究，了解範文的寫作思路，對於後期的仿寫起到很大的作用。
分析閱讀中的長難句，是因為你也應該學會寫幾個長句子，但是不用很難。考研英語作文是最能表現個人英語能力的部分，它考察了考生的書寫，邏輯，語言組織等多項能力。那什麼最能讓你看起來具備這些能力呢，就是語法正確，表意清晰的長句子。所以，要能寫出來，首先得看懂，因此應該重視分析閱讀中的長難句。
2、積累寫作詞彙。有的時候一個高級詞彙低過千言萬語，老師一看就覺得你很有水平。所以，准備一個小本本，無論是在閱讀中看到的，還是作文書上的都可以記下來。舉個例子，比如很多同學特別愛用「at the same time……」(同時)，雖然有四個單詞，但是一點都不高級，但是如果你把它換成simultaneously就立馬高大上了。
除了高級詞彙，有些專業名詞也要注意，有可能用的到，也可能題目中會出現，如果題目中出現了你不認識的單詞，恰好這個詞又比較關鍵的話，那這作文沒法寫了。每年都會出現有的同學因為看不懂小作文的題目而寫跑題的情況。所以，單詞的基礎一定要打好。
(二)10—12月。
背誦範文→練習寫作→找人修改。
經過前面兩個月的學習，你已經為英語作文寫作打下了一定的基礎。起碼省掉了查單詞，分析句子，分解文章結構的大部分時間。所以背誦起來應該也順暢很多。
1.背誦範文
有了前期的基礎，這個階段背誦範文就會相對得心應手。大作文篇幅較長，每天背誦一篇就可以。好記性不如爛筆頭，除了口頭背誦，還可以動筆寫一寫，以此來加深記憶。一些高級的句子，單詞都需要著重記憶哦，在小本本上記下來。有的同學問，要單獨再背作文模板嗎?其實你已經再背模板了呀。背完這20篇作文，就算你不刻意去總結模板，模板也已經在你腦子里了。
2.仿寫
背誦記憶的目的就是為了讓你懂得作文的套路，該按照什麼樣的順序，該怎樣組織語言，有哪些話用起來感覺有水平。但是不自己動手的話還是不行的，有的同學不論是考四六級還是考研，一直背書到進考場的前一秒，但是最終考出來成績並不好。然後自己還覺得很委屈，明明都背了呀，為什麼還是考不好，是不是背書沒有用啊。
不是背書沒用，而是你「手生」。背誦範文是完全接收別人的東西，自己寫的時候還得手腦並用，所以當然不一樣啦。所以一定要經常練筆，保持那種寫作的感覺。正所謂「熟能生巧」嘛。

英語書面表達能力的形成不是一日之功，必須從平時的課堂學習一點一滴抓起，內持之以恆。容 一篇優秀的英語作文在內容和語言兩方面應是一個統一體，任何一方面的欠缺都會直接影響到作文的質量。然而，很多考生在寫作中或者由於粗心大意，或者由於基本功不扎實而經常出現名詞不變復數、第三人稱單數不加s、前後不一致，以及時態語態、句子完整性等方面的錯誤。
1. 審題不清。如2004年中考作文要求寫一項最喜歡的課外活動，有些考生將作文的主題定位為「我最喜歡的活動」，偏離了「一項課外活動」這一主題。依據作文的評分原則，若文章內容不切題，則不管語言如何規范、用詞如何准確，都會被判為零分。
2. 拼寫錯誤拼寫是考生應該具備的最起碼的基本功，但在考生的作文中卻經常能發現很多拼寫錯誤。有拼寫錯誤的作文肯定會被酌情扣分，而且有大量拼寫錯誤存在的作文不僅體現出語言基本功差，同時也直接影響內容的表達，通常會降低作文的檔次。
