首先做播音員聲線要夠好，或者有特色。
然後，做英文播音員肯定英語口語一定回是標準的英音或者美音，不能答是兩者混合。如果是有地方口音，絕對也是不行的。
最好是有校園廣播經驗，或者是電台實習證明，這種比較容易進電台和電視台。
最後播音設備各種也要有所了解，因為新人正式上播音需要一段時間培訓，剛進去都要做助理觀摩的。
