In chinese societies, one of the most important festivals celebrated is the Lunar New Year festival. People will usually party till late to kickstart the new year. This is also a time to wish each other happiness and good health for the new year. FIreworks will also be lit at the struck of midnight. It is a memorable and joyous occasion to spend with loved ones.
