By the time I finished the task, it was already noon. I found that my parents had already taken out our food. We had been preparing for this picnic for several days. Dragon Boat festival memorializes the Chinese poet Qu Yuan. He committed suicide by drowning himself in a river because he was disgusted by the corruption of the Chu government. People sat on dragon boats, and tried to scare the fishes away by the thundering sound of drums. Hence, toady we sail the dragon boats to celebrate this festival. Also, people eat zongzi (the food originally intended to feed the fishes) and race dragon boats in memory of Qu's dramatic death.

Father's Day is a celebration honoring fathers and celebrating fatherhood and influence of fathers in sociaty. There are about fifty two countries celebrating Father's Day, and each of them has its own way to express the love to the fathers. Father's Day comes at the third Sunday of June.
I also celebrated Father's day with my dad. In the morning, my mother and I wnet out to buy flowers, then we went to a super market for some food. I cleaned up our house with my mother in the afternoon. My mother helped me make the dinner for my father at night, and my whole family went to see a movie in the cinema after dinner. My father had a good time that day.
