釣魚是一項健康的活動，它一部分相當於瑜珈的功能，具體如下：
1、是一種樂趣，工作煩惱之餘是一種沒有負擔的放鬆，退休無聊之際去釣魚是豐富了老年生活。
2、鍛煉你的大腦，對集中注意力去做一件事，並且很有耐心地去做，是很有作用的。

我是個非常愛好釣魚的人，釣魚人一般分三種類型：休閑釣魚的；競技釣魚的；釣魚為生的。我是屬於第一者，釣魚可以去的地方很多，有野釣，台釣，海釣，室內釣，
