打乒乓球也是一種樂趣。繁忙的學習生活中，抽空打幾場乒乓球，對我來說是再好不過的事了。每天的學習，不免都有些壓力，而打打球能給人起到減壓的作用，避免神經系統過度緊張。小小的乒乓球再加上一副球拍和一張球桌，便能讓我們大顯身手。打球時，乒乓球來回速度快，攻防換轉迅速，而且打發也豐富多樣，很考驗人的反應能力，一不注意便失手了。技術的發揮和戰術的運用也很重要。在這個過程中，大腦的緊張思考可以起到健腦的作用。球在球桌上來回跳動，好像一個活潑好動的小精靈。往往看到一方即將戰敗，卻又用精湛的技術使球再次跳到對方「領地」上，真是叫人虛驚一場，又不禁讓人拍手叫好！其次打乒乓球還能預防治療近視，起到保護眼睛的作用，讓眼睛減輕疲勞。
