首先，新詞彙量不是很大，只要你有初中的英語水平，基本都回能看懂，（看不懂的詞答可以查字典，如果是羅林自創的一些術語可以根據上下文推敲出來），句式都很不錯，很地道的英式英語，中國學生最缺的就是用英國人的思維寫作（我想這個很多英語老師都說過吧？）。
其次，可以增加你的知識儲備量。正如你說的那樣，可以多了解英國。關於英國，如果我們不主動去搜索一些資料我們基本是不了解人家的風土人情的。
