食材准備

主料:土豆2個,

輔料:尖椒1個,

調料:花椒少許,干紅辣椒5個,蔥花少許,醋2湯匙,糖1湯匙,鹽1/4茶匙

製作步驟

6、加入青椒絲繼續炒半分鍾,最後加入水澱粉,翻炒均勻即可出鍋。

注意事項

土豆絲切好後,放進醋水中浸泡,並反復沖洗2次,即可以避免在空氣中氧化變黑,還可以去除澱粉保證口感清脆。不喜歡脆的可以不多次沖洗。
