英語作文書面通知

A. 英語書面通知的格式

1、通告正文上方的正中位置寫上NOTICE(每個字母都大寫)。

2、發出通知的單位寫在正文結束後的右下角，或者寫在NOTICE的正上方。

3、發出通知的日期一般寫在左下角。單位和日期兩項也可以省略。

4、通告不寫稱呼，也沒有結束語。但在正文里，往往首先提到被通知的對象。

5、通告的正文就是通告的內容，這是主體部分，包括通知的對象、事由、時間、地點

(who,what,where,when)等，語言應簡潔明了，條理清晰，要求明確，特別是時間概念很重要，必須寫得十分明確，不容絲毫含糊。

4、Notice is hereby given that ...特此通知......

5、Everyone is required to be present on time.要求大家准時參加。

B. 關於英語作文 通知 的格式

通知分為：口頭通知和書面通知。通知要有呼語和結束語
口頭通知：
Please be quiet, everyone. I have something important to tell you（開頭還可以有別的方式，提醒別人聽）....（具體內容）
That's all. Thank you.(結束語）
書面通知：又分為書信式和布告式

Notice:
