一、接打電話問候
1. 打電話人接通電話後可說：Hello ！ 接著說：This is sb.speaking./Could（May）I speak to sb.?/Is sb.in? 接電話人可說：Hello！Good morning/afternoon/ evening.緊接著 將自己的電話號碼或姓名告訴對方。如：
