一 、嚴格做到教師崗位職責，另需做到：
（一）備課：
1、做到《小學英語學科教學常規》備課要求。
2、做到《小學教師備課基本要求》。
3、備課前要認真鑽研教材，了解知識之間的前後聯系，根據學生實際制定單元目標和課時目標。
4、備課中要認真備好英語課堂教學語言，注意聽說領先讀寫跟上的教學原則。

（二）上課：

（三）作業：
1、做到《小學英語學科教學常規》中的作業要求。
2、要嚴格執行全校統一規定的作業規格和書寫要求，作業封面上姓名、學號等要齊全。
3、作業設計布置要有分流，學生練習教師慮先做。
4、教師應及時、認真地對學生的作業、訂正進行批改。對錯題有明確的提示符號。
5、做好批改記錄，進行批改分析。培養學生及時訂正的習慣。
（四）輔導：
1、按《 小學提優補差輔導工作要求》，做好個別輔導。
2、輔導要有針對性，要激勵學生學習動機。
3、興趣班時間要讓學習困難生質疑，教師進行輔導。不進行全班性的補課或上新課。
（五）考核：
l.嚴格控制測驗次數和測驗時間，由教研組長把關測試內容，校統一進行質量監控。
2、考試前要認真各好復習課，做好復習指導工作，復習突出重點，攻克難點，指學生復習方法。
3、試卷認真批改，嚴格評分。
4、對每一次的質量監控要做好分析及輔導補救工作。
